|Comment: Bob Harper has been my trainer guru. A friend recommended me his book a few years ago, and my life changed. I feel I live with his rules in my head all the time. I learned to respect my body, and to think before eating anything about how much good or bad it will do for me. The great fact about this book is that covers every one of the rules with detailed explanations, this way it makes it easier to follow because we do know now what really happens when we do or eat anything. I read it all and sometimes read it again to refresh a few topics. I have recommended this book to most of my friends and they have it now.|
